Over three decades we have been working at perfecting authentically wood smoked BBQ by slowly and methodically learning the craft, sourcing local meats and cooking on pits that range from primal to stat-of-the-art wood fired perfection.  Along the way this journey has exposed us to many cultures, traditions and techniques that expand far beyond the BBQ horizon.  

We've been competing since the very start and Chef/Pitmaster Jim has won National, Regional and Local Awards for his BBQ and beyond.  These days we carefully pick and choose the events in which we compete and they are not limited to just BBQ.  While no longer actively catering, our sister company "The Colonel's Coneys" (ColonelsConeys.com) is capable of providing a wide variety of catering and cooking options with a fully featured Mobile Food Cart and Hog Roaster that is capable of Gas, Coal or Wood cooking hogs up to 300+ pounds.  Also we offer Kettle Corn and Cotton Candy concessions as well.  SO...if you are looking for a unique catering experience or a Whole Hog Roast, book it ASAP as dates fill up quickly!  Experience The Colonel's Coneys at any of our Pop-Up locations or as a caterer by starting with the button below:
